The Role
As our Internal Sales & Order Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from order to delivery.
This hybrid role bridges customer communication, sales support, and operational follow-up. The position ensures a smooth order flow, accurate processing in systems, and strong internal coordination between sales, logistics, and finance. The role is critical for maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team.
You will be responsible for handling and coordinating customer orders, supporting the sales team with documentation and follow-up, and ensuring efficient communication across departments involved in the sales and delivery process.
Tasks will include::
- Process incoming orders in our ERP(Navision)/CRM systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and documentation.
- Prepare and send quotes and order confirmations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Own the ticketing sales system and follow up on SLA’s.
- Follow up on delivery schedules with logistics and production teams.
- Support the finance team with invoicing and order-related clarifications.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, information and transactions.
- Assist in internal reporting on order status, backorders, KPI´s and sales support metrics.
About You
- Experience in order processing, internal sales, or customer service (preferably in technical or industrial sector).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good system and administrative capabilities.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and general office software (Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Fluent in English and Danish – written and spoken.
