The Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing customer requests, coordinating service jobs, and ensuring seamless service execution.
You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, optimizing delivery processes, and diving continuous improvement initiatives to contribute to the overall success of EMRI.
Job description:
Manage customer requirements and customer enquiries.
Close cooperation with Global Technical Support and Field Service Manager to keep service requests updated
Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees all service jobs and requests with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.
Create Quotations.
Responsible for on-time invoicing.
Cooperates and coordinates activities with other EMRI units and teams to harmonize the service activities.
About You
Experience with resource planning and coordination of service jobs.
Experience from an operational service organization.
Experience from and knowledge from the Marine Service Segment is an advantage.
Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.
Pro-active attitude.
The ability to understand and find practical solutions to problems.
Initiative and cooperative, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform tasks under pressure.
